Mr. Nitesh Sanklecha has been a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since March 2003 and has completed his Ph.D. in Commerce & Management. He has comprehensive expertise and professional experience in the Treasury, Accounting, and Finance divisions, designing and proposing corporate practices, plans and auditing, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
He has over seventeen (17) years of professional experience in the construction industry, has worked on numerous construction projects, and has a strong background in the overall administration and management of a Company.

Mr. Shreyas Sunil Raisoni is a visionary leader with over 7 years of diverse experience. As the Promoter and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of our company, he brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to the board. He has played key roles in innovative projects, including Smart City initiatives and university ranking systems. His broad professional portfolio includes serving as a Whole-Time Director at Shradha Infraprojects Limited, where he oversees large-scale Infrastructures projects. He also holds directorships in several other companies spanning sectors such as technology, hospitality, real estate, and research. His leadership extends to initiatives fostering sports and culture, notably through the G H Raisoni Sports and Cultural Foundation. With his dynamic approach to business and technology, Mr. Shreyas Raisoni continues to drive innovation and growth across various industries.
Mr. Chandrakant Waman Waikar

Mr. Chandrakant Waman Waikar has more than 42 years in Construction industry in the fields like Thermal power plants, Pipe Lines, Pump Houses, Mall , Commercial buildings, Infrastructures projects, Water Treatment Plants and Waste Water Treatment Plant etc. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) –from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (V.J.T.I.), Mumbai, in the year 1981. He has held various positions in various Companies which include: – • SMS Limited Nagpur as General Manager (Projects) • Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. as Additional General Manager • Shriram Constructios, Pune as General Manager. • SNG Engg & Const.Pvt Ltd., Pune as Project Coordinator for various water and waste water treatment plants, pipe lines and pump houses. • Koyana Prestressed Products Ltd., Chandrapur for Pipe line project for water supply to Chandrapur Thermal Power plant. • M.S.E.B.,Chandrapur as Junior Civil Engineer.
Ms. Asha Sampath

Ms. Asha Sampath is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in Senior Management and Board roles in diverse sectors across Indian and International cultures. She was nominated for an International Management Development Program in the UK for potential general managers identified by a European MNC, where she had a fulfilling growth trajectory as she moved from finance roles to general management and then on to Board roles.
She was also part of the Asia Management Team and a core team player in 3 startups – 2 in India and 1 in Indonesia. As Managing Director, she was responsible for operations and PNL for the Indian SBU, which had 2 manufacturing plants in India. Thus she evolved into a unique position of talent in Executive Leadership combined with Finance expertise and Branding/Marketing experience.
She is the founder of a Marquee Brand Consulting firm called Brand Horizon. She offers her diverse and core expertise to SMEs to scale by using Branding as a tool for Corporate Growth and to Startups as a Strategic Consultant in Business plans and Go to Market Strategy.

Akshay Bharat Thakkar

Akshay Thakkar is a dynamic leader with a unique blend of architectural expertise and business acumen. A Bachelor of Architecture graduate from the Institute of Design Education & Architectural Studies, Nagpur University, he began his career as a Junior Architect at Vernekar Associates Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, where he contributed to various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. In 2019, he transitioned into his family’s supermarket business, playing a pivotal role in expanding it into a successful chain of stores. His strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive business growth have been key to this success.
Appointed as Director of Vidarbha Cricket Association in 2020, he has demonstrated his versatility by overseeing operations and contributing to its strategic direction.
